Attached herewith photos of the machines that are still in operation.

The space in which all the machines are in operation is 3500 square meters.

Note that the production capacity is about 80 tyres daily.

 Description of production process.

  1. The tyre is inspected if suitable for retreading.

  2. Buffing the tyre.

  3. On Rail moves to solutioning (cementing)

  4. Cutting the required tread rubber

  5. Stitching the tread rubber onto the tyre with electronic machine.

  6. Inserting the inner tube, placing the envelope, and fitting the rims.

  7. Transfer by RAIL to the autoclave.

  8. Curing for 4.5 Hours in controlled temperature and pressure.

  9. The rethreaded tyre is ready to be used and it is as strong as any new tyre, giving equal or even more mileage than the new one because of the very high pressure under which the treads are produced, so the rubber is much more dense than the rubber in the form of “Camelback” used on new tyres.

Note that the price can be discussed.
